- For doing the cancellation of your bus tickets, you can log on to its online website.
- If you are getting your ticket cancelled within 48 hours, you will have only reservation charges deducted from your ticket.
APSRTC Online Booking Cancellation Charges
- If you will be doing the cancellation of tickets after before 48 hours then reservation charges will only be deducted.
- If you will be doing the cancellation of tickets between 24 to 48 hours then 10% of fare and reservation charges will be deducted.
- If you will be doing the cancellation of tickets between 24 to 2 hours then 25% of fare and reservation charges will be deducted.
- If you will be doing the apsrtc booking cancellation of tickets between 2 hours to scheduled time then 50% of fare and reservation charges will be deducted.
- If you will be doing the cancellation of tickets within 1 hour to scheduled time then 75% of fare and reservation charges will be deducted.
